Continuing from yesterday's post - check out the bulletin board of ideas in the Art Gallery Fabrics booth...
It is absolutely overflowing with juices of creativity!
Next up, Izzy & Ivy. They make patterns for children's clothes which are displayed here. I know when my sister & I were little girls, we would have felt MOST BEAUTIFUL in these dresses!
Lila Tueller Designs is amazing. I want to be her. She designs fabrics, fabulous patterns and on top of that she herself is lovely. See below some delectable fabrics, the booth and a pair of shoes she sent off, and they were returned with her fabric pattern on them!
I purchased the pattern on the left, which is for a light-weight jacket. Can't wait to try it out!
Aren't these fun??? You can have any print somehow put on a pair of Keds at zazzle.com. Amazing!
This teacup quilt has such detail, it makes me feel like I am still in Kindergarten quilting...
I fell in love with the next designer's fabrics at the Jacksonville Quilt Fest in September. It looks like they have a follow-up pattern equally lovely...
Also, I have made several baby tote bags out of the following designer's fabric - Sweetwater. So yummy and fresh-looking.
I noticed that these creative people need their sustenance too, and spotted a Starbucks cup at this booth's table:
Lastly, the fabric manufacturer's had for sale "Pre-Cuts" i.e. fat quarters, fabric strips, triangles and 5'' squares of all the new lines that won't be in stores until next May. Check out THE SAMPLE TABLE and the craziness surrounding it!
I am determined to be one of these ladies at the Quilt Market in May. I am the color of the Grinch and it is not a good color on me!
